Help With Broccoli Portion...
i am consuming broccoli approx. 5 to 6 times a day out of my 8 meals, i usually eat a pretty large portion, but now im getting serious, and im starting to diet down for a contest, i was wondering what would the proper portion of broccoli should be, 1/2 cup to a cup perhaps, ...thanks for the help.

good god man... you turning green yet?
but anyways... i was only able to find information on 1 stalk of broccoli (~5.3 oz)
cal = 30
pro = 5 g
fat = 1 g
cho = 4 g
fiber = 5 g

ya, im turning into HULK.....more like a ninja turtle, but anyways ya, that info helps alot, thanks alot.but is there any particular portion i should be consuming, i know as far as calories and such, broccoli dont consist of much, but is there a so called ''standerd'' amount of broccoli one should consume...thanks.

Seems like it would be all good, very healthy to say the least. Not sure about the contest prep thing though, maybe Swole will chime in.

well i was eating aprox a cup of broccoli 4 times out of 7 meals and its was working good. this was for my pre-conest diet by the way so a cup of broccoli as portion is just good in my opinion
