I always counted 4oz. as 200 calories and 34 protein but I bought a pack of Tyson breast and it says 4 oz. has 23 protein and 100 calories. Can someone clear this up for me? If this is the case I need 8oz. at each meal.

The tyson probably has slightly less fat content than the other chicken breast you are using which accounts for the calorie variation.... Maybe you already knew that but the tyson gives you a better protein to calorie ratio.
can't help you with the calories, but I was under the impression that all meat was around 23 grams of protien per 4oz.
It varies per ounce depending on the type of chicken. I believe grain fed chicken breast is around 7-8g protein per ounce while other types are only 6g per ounce.
Yup, that sounds about right!
