Average Joe Diet <> Strict Diet
What an average guy eats on a daily basis is by far, no where near an athletes diet.
But how much of difference does it really make?
Diet:
Breakfast
Protein shake
Coffee
Oatmeal
Lunch
Jumbo Jack
Fries
Coke
Dinner
Chicken breasts
potato
carrots
pasta
9:00
Protein Shake
Now, a guy that eats like this and works out 3-4 days per week has a lot of room to improve. But, can he still make gains or at least get in shape with devoting the time to the gym?
What would be the first things to change and improve this diet? Because of job schedule, time is limited.
Just asking because I know two brothers that work together as contractors and they are huge bodybuilder types. They eat like shit. They are always eating, but it is Big Macs , Taco Bell whatever they can pickup on the way to the jobs.

it makes a insane amount of difference man, those brothers may be genetically gifted people, I have a friend who is pretty damn buff, and he eats only twice a day, fast food mind you. Diet is a bigger percent than working out IMO to making gains and your body composition. And yes that diet MUST go
