Whats up with coffee. Is coffee okay to drink say in the morning?

I drink it regularly... just make sure you get plenty of water in as well.

Coffee is ok in moderation...dont get too heavy into it though, I just had to go to the doc for heart palpitations...turns out it was caused by my "excessive" coffee drinking..4-6 cups a day is too much

dont drink decaff....they use the paint strippers to decaff it...unless it says naturally decaffienated....

I must be the only human beeing in the world that HATES coffe. I get anxiety from it, ****s with my head big time. Cant stand it. Taste like shit aswell

i love coffee but i hate when i drink to much of it, get really shakey (kinda like it) and then i crash hard after...
i dont know what i'd do with out it though

I dont know what I would do without it! In highschool I'd get up like an hour early to drink a POT of coffee!
I bought an espresso machine recently and it's been my cure for morning cardio blues! 2 double espressos before cardio and goodbye slugishness

Interesting you guys drink coffee for some reason...I would think carbonated drinks and caffine would be a big no no. I feel really unhealthy when I drink it. But hey ya learn somethin new every day

I never liked coffee, now about 2 months ago i got started with it...and OH my god I cant do with out it. Wish I started awhile ago could of use it a long time ago, going to make some right now.

Im gonna try and drink coffe again now anyway. I need something to keep me awake at uni and I guess I can slowely get used to it.

what about using non-dairy fat free creamer. It contains about 1g of carbs, 10 calories, per teaspoon.
