Chiseled Jaw??
Yah.... I know this looks like a spot reducing thread, but its really not.
Here is my problem. I got tested the other day and I am sitting at just barely about 9% BF.
Been cutting for awhile...and the abs are showing quite well, my only problem is my friggin gigantic head. lol
Is it possible that the remaining BF is in my head? I am pretty friggin lean, but its getting frustrating that I don't have a defined jawline.
Just curious as to what ideas you guys have?? Opinions?
Is head fat strictly a problem with BF% and I just still need to lower it a bit more? OR....is it just genetics?
I was thinking one idea might be.... to actually add some neck lifts as I never have done them. The idea behind this being that...like with abs... they are made in the kitchen, but you still have to work them a little to get them poppin.
Thoughts?
HERE IS A PIC OF ME A FEW MONTHS AGO... NO BIG DIFF, EXCEPT I AM SLIGHTLY LEANER NOW.

Some guys hold any fat/water they have left in their necks. It SUCKS I am that way as well man. Lol no "neck exercises" will take care of it, although they might not be bad to do...lower your salt intake, it could be water as well...and grow some facial hair, that helps too

It could be genetics bro. Those chisled chins you see are people that had the genes of getting chisled chins.
I always thought you would get chisled chins after you hit lower than 5% bf. But I wouldn't advise that, tht would be dangerous.

I'd say it's probably genetic, and you may pre-disposed to having a fat face.
BTW, can't see your face in that picture you linked to, so it really doesn't help to judge.

if you're really not happy with it why not get facial liposuction? my bf is around 11 now and I have the same problem. Supposedly once youre an adult your # of fat cells are determined and do not increase in number, so have them sucked out and then you dont have to worry.

1. You DO realise we can't see your face on the photo?
2. Make your body twice as big and your face will seem smaller
