Very low sugar and fat............carbs are about 10 net and protein in the 30s........would you begin to incorpate them into your diet as added cal if you are trying to lean bulk. I mean stay pretty lean, while putting on solid mass? Diet is pretty on point aside from this. If so, would you use them a s a meal or on top of? Pre Post? before bed? Thanks fellas.........
