Hi, im on a cutting diet following the diet plan every week doing 45 min cardio monday - friday but this week i started university classes again and only did cardio monday - wednesday for 30 minutes didi have time on thursday to do cardio and neither today.... i just make my plan im going to sleep earlier so i can wake up earlier and do my cardio
its anything wrong in skeeping this 2 days of cardio i feel really bad, feeling and stepping backwards in y progress :( :frown:
