Is pre workout whey necasarry?
I have been eating 3 P/F meals leading up to workout and there is a gap of almost 2 hours from my 3:00 meal to my workout, is this ok. I do have about 8 liver tablets pre workout but no whey. I feel that is raises my insuling a little and I do not want that pre workout.

I swear by drinking a shake 30 to 45 min. before a workout and it has never failed me, I feel energized, don't get a crash toward the end of a workout and if your last meal is 2 hrs. before w/o then I would DEFINITELY drink a shake or atleast eat something before the w/o. Hope this helps bro.

Might want to cut back a little on the liver pills to, spread them out thru your day, I take 2 liver pills w/ breakfast 2 at lunch and 2 w/ my ppwo meal.
