http://www.dietpower.com. Windows-only. 30 day demo.
I've used it for a couple of years now. It logs food very well, and it can track exercise. I like the pie charts it produces that tell you the fat/carb/protein percentages of what you've eaten.
www.fitday.com is pretty good, but its a online program and not downloadable. completely free btw.
El Kabong, I checked out diet power, pretty good. Can you buy it at a software store for cheaper than it sells for online? $49.00 is pretty expensive.
i recomend www.fitday.com also, worked great for me
I am have found 2 simple programs on my mission...
1. NutriTrax Demo... simple and easy. (I will buy this one)
Simple and has metric measures which is what I need (not from the US)
2.And for logging your training. -->
IronWarrior Demo (Just a more efficient method then my current note pad)
Neither are that cheap... like $30 or something... sucks for a student like me....
Oh yeah I Downloaded them both at Download.com
fitday all the way bro
I started using fitday last week after reading this thread and I love it. What do those other programs offer that you would be willing to pay money for that fitday does not have?
fit day is not soo bad
I'm looking for some good software myself!
fIT DAY IS THE BEST THING OUT THERE..
Even if you change things you can add or subtract from your menu....It rocks !!!!!
