    Pw Question -

    Is it detremental to consume your last two meal of the day in the form of shakes instead of meals? I train late and want to incorporate my final two meals as shakes instead of one shake and a meal. It would be oats, eggs, skim and casein, just not cooked. Does this matter?

    You could do that for sure, I just think personally it's better to cook your last meal....But if its al you can do, should work.

    No, I could easily MAKE a meal, but you know that "sick" feeling from intense training? Food is the last thing I want to take in...........but I know it's mandatory. I prob. could do white rice and tuna, but oats and whey in a thick frosted shakes seems so much more appealing!

    The only thing is you want something that will take a while to digest over the course of the night, so whole foods and meats are the best option.

    I had to move the exact same thread here from the workout forum, as that was not the right forum. Then I saw this thread here so I deleted the other one, as we have that clogging thing going on again.

    Read the responses in the other thread you have here just like this. You are making a most simple scenario seem like it's chinese algebra.

    Mandatory?

    I believe if you are getting the right amount of macros u require throughout the day then a whey/flax shake would do just fine for a last meal.

    After my workout i consume 3 meals, my pwo, my ppwo, and then the final meal. My pwo is always a shake, I consume this as soon as I step out of the gym. My ppwo meal is typically chicken breast, brown rice and broccoli. And my final meal is typically a shake w/flax.
