since they are baked and have very little saturated fat are they a good source for carbs? I am not too worried about the high sodium count.

My guess is that they would be a "decent" carb source at best....I don't think chips no matter how prepared would be a good carb source, they lack fiber, and other nutrients but I can see them being similar to a potato, so maybe you could utilze a few from time to time during PPWO.
