can a diet guru explain this
what up guys lately with my my meal that i add fat to i have been useing All natty pb instead of olive oil or Flax and im eaning out a litle more...does this have something to do with metabolisim or body type ??? or is it it just one of things that works for some people and not for others??

I think adjusting what tiype of fat you are consuming in one meal may not make a huge difference. You could by getting leaner regardless, all sources of fat you mentioned are good choices.
