What to adjust first-- Bulking Diet?
After initial weight gain/strength gain stops when on a clean bulk...
Obviously at some point you have to increase calories...
But what is the best way that works for the most % of people?
Increase the PWO/PPWO meals' calories?
or
Increase the calories evenly throughout the day?
and
Do you increase the macro's equally?
and how much do you normally increase the calories by? 500kcal?
