    Question I dont get it....

    I get in about 60-90 grams of fiber a day...Only go once EOD!!!!!

    could it be from the damn tanin in the 5+/- cups of instant coffee I drink ed??

    they werent men but....uhh

    coffee increases production of digestive enzymes -acids cant remember which exactly......but the tanin makes you constipated.....hmm...sometimes I go twice a day..sometimes once eod...sometimes once a day....ill give one of those herbal teas a shot...

    Everyone is different IF. Some people go 3 or 4 times a day, some twice. Myself...I go about once every 2 or 3 days.
