FInal PW shake question -
Talkeding to this guy int eh gym yesterday and he''s doin a show in January. Anyways, he has a meal 2 hours prior to training, then mixes up a whey/apple or grape juice shake and starts it about half way through his workout. Solid idea? Neg effects? Thanks fellas.

Ok....but do any of you subscribe by the theory of starting it half way through your session instead of after?

I see no reason at ALL to drink ANY part of a POST workout shake while you should be lifting. I always drink water as do those I assist.
You know, they call it a POST workout shake for a reason.

What's your thoughts on this SC?
