6oz Chix(50g protien),all the raw spinach you can handle,1 Tbls Udo's oil(25g EFA)
Nice and easy to carry on the go!
8-10 OZ salmon
how do u take that on the go ..doesnt the udos have to be refrigerated
Question - in your protein/fat only meals, can one incorporate as much greens (romaine, peppers, celery, onions, etc.) as they want? Say like a HUGE steak salad? Or chicken salad with olive oil?
eat vegies, no probs at all, actually it's good natty source of fiber and it's good for ur digestive system.

Try to have some almond butter and Mayo in one day. So maybe 1 tablespoon mayo and some almonds, that'd be your best bet.
