So i need to shed some fat..I weight about 215 and I'm aiming for the 195-200lb range...
Im going to run for about 45-60 minutes on tuesday, thursday, sat, sun...On an empty stomach everymorning..
Heres a little diet I put together...If you see anything wrong please correct it...
Meal 1: 45 Minutes after cardio
7 egg white, 1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal 2:
chicken breast(in can high protein, almost no carbs, 40 some gs of protein),maybe a salad
Meal 3:
Turkey slices and maybe 1/2 cup of almonds
Workout
Meal 4:
PWO Nutrition
Meal 5:
Chicken Breast with some veggies, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.
Meal 6:
Tuna with 1 tsp of mayo...
Shake before bed.
Whenever im at work ill snack on almonds and turkey lunchmeat slices...
Should I drink my protein solely with water alone or use milk...From what Ive read about it milk it contains many sugars and will hold me back...
