How much do you typically reduce your cals/carbs on OFF days? Granted, the PW shake is removed, but aside from that, evening carbs or carbs in general removed?
What if you did a cardio seesion in the am, and then the rest of the day was off? Carbs in first meal only?
Does anyone do any core strength training on their off days in the PM? Maybe light cardio, followed by swiss ball exercises, bridges, abs, calves, etc in the PM, still have a good carb meal post?
