    Splenda

    can any point in the right direction..i'm UK and having trouble understanding the diets posted here,i:e types of food...i;e ground beef,splenda?.any diets anyone knows of posted by uk members? thanks

    splenda is an artifical sweetner..Use it as much as u want

    But I dont get ur other questions tho

    Sorry im basicly trying to say without being RUDE that i dont understand some of the foods mentioned in the diets cos im based in the UK and was hoping some one from UK had poted a diet

    Manc, I know we'll get some UK guys on here to explain some things. Ground Beef is Hmaburger meat if that helps at all.

    Sorry im basicly trying to say without being RUDE that i dont understand some of the foods mentioned in the diets cos im based in the UK and was hoping some one from UK had poted a diet
    Had the same problem when I first started here since I aint in the US too

    what foods ??

    Should have no probs getting splenda in the uk. Ground beef is the same as minced meat.
