Im looking to burn some fat..Im currently 5'9...190..high bodyfat...Imma try doing this..What do u think..
10am-cardio 45mins
11am-3 eggwhite, 1 cup oatmeal with milk
2pm-whey protein.
4pm-chicken breast, salad
7pm-whey protein
9pm..veggies, meat or chicken
Do u think this will help burn fat and get in shape..And should i lift also before 2pm or after 9pm.?
