How many Calories?
Can anybody tell me what the recommended number of calories a 17 year old should be having daily? Thanks

Totally depends on height, weight, body fat percentage, genetics, metabolism, and so on . Give us the first 3 on that list and we can get you within a couple hundred cals of your maintenance. Then you can add calories or subtract, if you are bulking or cutting.
