    How to eat right?

    I'm back to the gym, but this time I am going to really eat right and use good supplements. I bought alot of yogart, cottage chesse, tuna, whole grain bread, eggs (for hardboil) and Chicken breast (40g protein). Is just eatting what I listed everyday good or should i incorperate more or less? I'm thinking I need to eat 6times a day from what I read. I look forward to your responses. Thanks

    Ya might wanna check out this great website, it changed my way of seeing food forever, after eating heatly for more then one month now i feel great and manage to lose around 10 pounds.

    The site is amazing and free, really hard to beleive, has so many food profiles, even studies made on theses foods for either cancer prevention, cholesterol lowering and more.
