I'm back to the gym, but this time I am going to really eat right and use good supplements. I bought alot of yogart, cottage chesse, tuna, whole grain bread, eggs (for hardboil) and Chicken breast (40g protein). Is just eatting what I listed everyday good or should i incorperate more or less? I'm thinking I need to eat 6times a day from what I read. I look forward to your responses. Thanks
