i'm starting my first cycle of sust. for twelve weeks next week.i have made up a daily diet and would like to put it to you guy's and ladies,what use think.
i am 24 years old
i am 6ft 5inchs
i currently weigh 200lbs.
1) get up for work at 6.30 and start off with 5 sets of 25 reps,sit-ups.different types of crunches.
2)have breakfast.
4 boiled eggs
2 slice of whole meal bread
1 bowl of porrige
1 muscle drink containing,200ml of egg whites,250ml skimmed milk,half cup of pure orange juice,half a banana,4 strawberries and a few ice cubes.
3)drive to work and drink 500ml of water.
4)first break at work.9.30am. 1 tin of tuna with bowl of pasta,1 protein shake,2 boiled eggs,2 slice of wholeweat bread and 1 bottle of water.
5)lunch at work.12.30pm. same as first break.
6)finish work at 4.30pm and travel home for dinner at 5.00pm.dinner consists of 1 sirlion steak,1 piece of turkey,1 piece of chicken,1 baked potato and a bowl of veg.
7)head for gym at 8.00pm and have 1 animal pak with a bottle of water and a small banana.
8)return home from gym about 10.00pm and have 1 protein shake with a bowl of veg.
