can someone please make me up a diet.i feel like my head is about to explode.all of my diet's that i have made up seem to be no good so i guess i'm back to the drawing board.i am not lazy and looking for someone to do all the work for me,i am seriously struggling and it's taking the enjoyment out of me going to the gym.i am 24,weigh 200lbs and find it hard to gain.thanks for any info.
