    is it ok to eat pro/fat for all five meals

    hey guys i just started my diet again i wanted to know if its ok to do a pro/fat diet for my meals or which meal should i include carbs . im 27 years old and i weigh about 238 im 5'8 and im thinking of juice again when should i start or should i do gh and stack it with some test let me know. also i been doing alot of cardio 5 days a week should i boost it up to 7days. i do about 30 mins on training day and on carido days i do 50 mins should i boost it up let me know thanks

    do some reading and understand why you NEED pro/carb meals partially throughout the day. You should do this before starting ANY aas. You can't have pro/fat all day! Read the cutting/bulking stickies for whatever goals you are looking to achieve.

    I hate to break it to you dude... but there is not much more to say opinion wise... you NEED carbs throughout the day. But hey, other opinions welcome...

    i know bro been through this before i always went up and down with my weight and im glad that you gave me your opinion so thats why im askin for others thanks dude

    You need carbs post workout and in your ppwo meal or you will burn muscle. Other meals are fine being just pro/fat.

    they time you can have pro/fat allday long is when it comes very very very close to SHOWTIME,,,but haveing pro/fat allday evreyday is not recomended unless you do it 1 time a week for keteo b ut weven then just do some research bro check out the sticky's
