hey guys i just started my diet again i wanted to know if its ok to do a pro/fat diet for my meals or which meal should i include carbs . im 27 years old and i weigh about 238 im 5'8 and im thinking of juice again when should i start or should i do gh and stack it with some test let me know. also i been doing alot of cardio 5 days a week should i boost it up to 7days. i do about 30 mins on training day and on carido days i do 50 mins should i boost it up let me know thanks
