Do to new work hrs. i cant train till after 5pm M-F how can put all this togather if i start working out at 5pm

7am eggs/oats
9:30am shake/EFA"S
12 tuna/brown rice
train
around 3 or 4pm PWO
about 6pm meat/oats/vegg
9 pm meat/vegg/EFA"S
11pm Shake/EFA"S
