My Dad asked me about some vegetable protein he saw in Henry's. Apparently you mix this stuff in your oatmeal or something. I looked around but didn't find much info about it. Is this stuff any good or is it total crap?

Hydrolized vegtable protien is not crap.
just not as good as whey.
ive always heard veggie protein is good, and soy is crap. someone enlighten me on this, i havnt really done research so i dont take my phychiatrist's advice as the gospel.
