Why the hell is it, if you decrease cardio or just increase cals by a minimum, the abs fade in the evening??? You could be 7-8% and look tight in the am, but the evening rolls arounds, after eating training, etc., they are faded hard......sucks!

true..... mine fade when i up the carbs by just 50g...... if you want abs.... you have to keep away from carbs... IMO
