I am currently 6'2, 185LB and bulking trying to get to 200LB for now.
Meal One:
2 scoops of whey
1 banna
1 cup of oats
Meal Two:
1 super giant chicken breast
1 cup of rice
1 glass of skim milk
I do this for about 5 meals....
Then after a workout I take in
100g/Dextrose (Can this make you a diabetic?)
60g/Protien
Then before bed Oats and a protien shake....
