    Help!!

    I need some serious help. I am 6'5 181 pds/ I have been working out for 9 months and have just got cut and in shape. I want to get up to 200 at least. I have been taking 6 protein shakes and 1 16 oz myoplex shake. I also been eating a lot. Should i take a weight gainer? The guy at the health store told me that it has too much sugar in it. Is their anything you guys could recommend? Money is not an issue... I also been eating like 4 peanut butter sandwiches a day. i appreciate the help!!!

    I wouldnt waste your money on any weight gainer crap. Post your diet and we will tell you if its up to scratch. You have to be eating plenty of clean whole foods, not shakes. Peanut butter sandwiches are far from ideal too.

    3 shakes a day max

    the only time you really need them is Post workout with dextrose and possibly in the morning

    otherwise eat proper food

    Should I take three myoplex shakes a day or GNC 100% whey a day???
