I need some serious help. I am 6'5 181 pds/ I have been working out for 9 months and have just got cut and in shape. I want to get up to 200 at least. I have been taking 6 protein shakes and 1 16 oz myoplex shake. I also been eating a lot. Should i take a weight gainer? The guy at the health store told me that it has too much sugar in it. Is their anything you guys could recommend? Money is not an issue... I also been eating like 4 peanut butter sandwiches a day. i appreciate the help!!!
