How many shakes??

I bought Myoplex shakes the other day and I am wondering how many i should consume in a day. They have 500 calories and 28 g of sugar in one shake. I am 6'5 and 181lbs. What do you think? :scratch:

I think 3 a day would be enough . Anything above that is too much , eat real food.

Yes it can if you just assume all the info he failed to post :) He is 6'1" 180lbs! If I were that skinny, I would assume he wants to bulk.

Keep researching the diet forum, you have a lot to learn.

I drink 6 shakes a day. I eat 5 solid meals and 3 shakes are with meals.

1 pre gym, one post gym, one before bed(2 with fat free milk 4 with water. Your shake has too much sugar. I'm 240lbs. Matters what you want bro.
