Can someone tell me if its ok to drink crystal light instead of water ? I am drinking crystal light all day long

I drink crystal light & sugar free tang all day long.
These kind of drinks are fine, as long as there is no sugar.

my fridge is loaded with that stuff. i love it. i dont drink it instead of water though, i drink it instead of soda.

I love sugar free Tang.

My favorite hands down is sugar free GRAPE kool aid, then cherry kool aid, then tropical punch.
