getting ripped kinda question
just posted a thread about how much weight to lose..i was at 221 when i started to cut..im at 205-210 now...looking to get to 185...been on anavar for 5 1/2 weeks. what else can i do to get the fat off without losing the muscle..ive been doing cardio for 30 min on an empty stomach 4 times a week..im gonna increase that to 45 min on an empty stomach..my diet is alright...not the best but its as good as i can get it..any tips for working out...should i change anything up..my workouts go like this
Monday:chest
4x10 flat bench
4x10 incline bench
4x10 flat bench dumbell flys
4x10 dips
Tuesday:back
4x10 upper back machine
" " middle back machine
" " back machine
" " some other back machine
wedneday:arms and abs
3x12 superset with biceps and tris
3x12 superset different exercises
3x12 superset different exercises
30 min abs
thursday:legs
4x10 squats
4x10 lundges
2x5 power cleans
4x10 leg extensions
4x10 leg curls
20 min calfs
friday:shoulders
4x10 superset military and side raises
4x10 superset front raises and bent over rows
4x10 some other movement/rehab shoulder exercises from when i dislocated my shoulder
sat:arms again
sun: rest
4-5 days a week cardio in the morning

How long left do you have on cycle? And are you hyper or hypo caloric?

Please don't post the same threads in all different forums!
Anyhow, you will want to focus on diet as the key to getting ripped, that is where success lies.
I answered your pm about customized help, please let me know either way whether you wish to come aboard or not. Once all my slots are full, I cannot take on any more clients. I know for a fact I can get you ripped, that's a no-brainer but I'd appreciate a response either way being that you inquired and I took the time to point you in the right direction.

i was going off the how to cut diet on the forum but didnt like it that much..in my case i just want to lose the fat..keep the muscle..lose like 15-20 more pounds...what kind of numbers should i be trying to take in a day..like fat, protein, carbs etc????

If you want to cut the fat off quick and cut alot IMO you have a few options that are of a benefit to you being on a cycle. You can get some T3 and Clen and take a higher T3 dosage and cut fat that way or you can cut cals real low and go that route. Or you could just do clen or a fat burner with lowered cals. Up to you.

There is no use in using t3 and clen w/out a diet that can support their assistance.
