just posted a thread about how much weight to lose..i was at 221 when i started to cut..im at 205-210 now...looking to get to 185...been on anavar for 5 1/2 weeks. what else can i do to get the fat off without losing the muscle..ive been doing cardio for 30 min on an empty stomach 4 times a week..im gonna increase that to 45 min on an empty stomach..my diet is alright...not the best but its as good as i can get it..any tips for working out...should i change anything up..my workouts go like this
Monday:chest
4x10 flat bench
4x10 incline bench
4x10 flat bench dumbell flys
4x10 dips
Tuesday:back
4x10 upper back machine
" " middle back machine
" " back machine
" " some other back machine
wedneday:arms and abs
3x12 superset with biceps and tris
3x12 superset different exercises
3x12 superset different exercises
30 min abs
thursday:legs
4x10 squats
4x10 lundges
2x5 power cleans
4x10 leg extensions
4x10 leg curls
20 min calfs
friday:shoulders
4x10 superset military and side raises
4x10 superset front raises and bent over rows
4x10 some other movement/rehab shoulder exercises from when i dislocated my shoulder
sat:arms again
sun: rest
4-5 days a week cardio in the morning
