ok im 5'10, around 165-70 (havent really weight my self correctly) bf is preaty low i usually stay low anyways. my Goal is to bulk up i want to get over 180 and heres how my diet goes:
Tota: calories 3883, fats 78, carbs 427, protein 377
M1: 8 egg whites
1.5 cups of oatmeal
2 cups fat free milk
M2:45g whey protein
table spoon of flax
M3: 1 chiken brest
2 sweet potatoes OR a cup of brown rice
M4: lean stake
slice of cheese
cup of broccoli
M5:45 whey protein
1 cup of oatmeal
2 slices of wheat bread
WORK OUT
M6:50g whey protein
1 rice cake
2 bannanas
1 table spoon of honey IF I HAVE DEXTROSE I WILL USE IT INSTED AT 100g
M7: 8 egg whites
cup of brown rice
M8: 45g casein/whey
table spoon of flax
tell me what you guys think??? to tell you the truth this is alot of food i know but shit im always hungry so im going by LISTENING TO MY BODY I've tried to keep this diet for a while but i wasnt able to due to an injury and getting sick...so tell me what you brodas think.
