well if its good for you make ur self a nice chicken breast and cup of brown rice maybe some fruit since is your first meal....i dont mind eating big in the morning it depends how your body reacts to food in the morning
True... on days where i have classes for 4 hours straight i'll have chicken and whatever leftover carbs i made from the day before... rice, pasta, yams... anything but oats, I'm really sick of them for now, gonna wait another month before going back to 'em

Good call, yougurt, cottage cheese, milk. You'd have to make it a Pro/carb meal but those could help you out.
