besides foods that show how much calories, carbs, fat, and etc...how do u guys go about counting ur calories w/ such things as chicken breast, ground beef, pasta, steak, and what not? is there a good website out there or just go buy some kinda book?

i logged onto fitday.com but the prob i got is how am i suppose to convert cups to lbs? say i got a 3/4 lb steak or 1 lb of ground chuck?
1 Lb is 16 oz, 1 cup is 8oz. Go from there brotha!
