Ok, I go to the gym from 6am to 8 am. Then eat a tuna sanwich, protein drink, OJ and Flax. Work until 3 or 5pm. ALso eating, around 2pm Then I Go to the gym again at 7pm to 9pm. Is it prefered I eat before or after I go to the gym? Im trying to become lean. Ive followed the steps to the "Unofficial Cut Way" post. Great Results! Thanks to whoever posted it! Any suggestions, because If i eat before "Not burning off fat...just the meal i ate?" Then im hungry around 10pm or 11pm. Then if I eat afterwards..I dont burn it off. Plus everyone says..."dont eat after 6pm or 7pm". Or should I eat a little before and after? Which way is best?
