Well, I'd say the title says it all... Can you do that? Or do they taste disgusting, right now I've just been frying them up, but I will be without a stove for a while, only a microwave, grill, steamer, and refridgerator. What should I do?

I pretty much hate anything that comes out of a microwave...you could always throw a pan on the grill lol
i cook them in the microwave mixed in with my oats

Since that's all I have at work I ate them out of the micro for months. I just recently got an electric skillet for work - best $30 I've ever spent.
anyway, they are not that bad, since it was my pro/fat meal I would scramble 7 eggs with three of the yolkes and add some sort of salsa to mask it. Also I would sometimes add cheese which takes it from ok to freaking good. Don't forget to coat the bowl with pam or something.
i usually will cut up some green peppers, ham, and bacon.....MMMM!!!
Sounds good, this is always my favorite meal of the day, I love eggs. I just finished steak, eggs, slice of cheese, and salsa all mixed together in the skillet. Good stuff!Quote:

its actually not that bad...i sometimes had oatbran with egg whites and splenda and after it was microwaved i topped it with the no sugar added low calorie syrup...was like french toast in a bowl...

Hmmm, so you didn't add any liquid to the oats/egg whites? Or do you add a little milk?
you can make a protein pancake (i personally cant stand these, but a lot of other people like them):
1/2c oats
1 scoop vanilla or chocolate whey (vanilla's prolly better)
2 tsp cinnamon
splenda (to taste)
6 egg whites
water for consistancy
nonstick cooking spray
spray the pan...mix the rest and cook like a pancake. if you can get your hands on some sugar free syrup it aint bad.
swolecat recommended stirring the egg whites into the oatmeal and adding i cant believe its not butter and salt. never tried it though.

I found an easy way to eat them is with fake butter spray and sugar free syrup. it sounds nasty but 10 of them go down very easy and if you close your eyes you can pretend they are waffles..LOL
