cooking protein powder
is there anything that shows that cooking protein powder destroys it and makes it useless i wanna try out some recipes but heard you cant cook protein powder

Why cant you cook protein powder? well, other than the obvious that its nasty. but some guys use it for baking concoctions

I make the best oat waffles with strawberry whey powder and cottage cheese or Ricotta. OMG It's the best and you really wouldn't know it has no flour in it. Yes it's awsome and I haven't heard that it ruins it to cook with. Everyone does

yea im interested in tha pancake waffle recipes..does this mean that it is unuseable protein for the body

just add the pro powder in after if u are concerened

it might become degraded a bit but I dont think the protein will be ruined. A biochem should be here to tell us what happens to protein chains when heated
