Favorite food scale?
If you measure your food out, and weigh it before and after you cook it. How do you measure it? Which food scale do you use and why?

Friend of mine just gave me a SALTER food scale, this is one badass piece of equipment. Weighs and measures the macronutrient breakdown of every piece of food and stores it. You can then program in your Caloric goals, Protein intake, simple and complex carbs (net carbs), Fat (sat and unsat). You get the point. May take me a few weeks to figure it all out though Like a freakin laptop.

Hey could those of you who reply put down where you would get the item, if not the make and model. I am looking right now for a scale. Just wanted to do a little research first.

Lemme check the box... SALTER Model 1450. Keep in mind this is a highly advanced scale from the others I've seen. I would recommend it for individuals who compete or who need to know a accurate count of daily nutrients. Great scale though, especially the FREE part. This scale retails for 99-129$.
