when cutting or losing weight what is the difference between eating tuna and well proportioned meals and fuken just eating cereal or some kinda sh!t food and! i just need this explained! i mean i hear some people say when dieting i eat 2000 calories of food but whats the difference beween 2000 calories of sh!t food and 2000 calories of good clean food! and does it make that much of a difference please explain!
