late night lifting
I just got back from working out shoulders/biceps and it is midnight. Can I get away with eating some oatmeal this late even if I am trying to cut weight? I usually take protein shakes with milk but I just took it with water.

deff eat your oatmeal bro. He's a a link to a post i put over onn musclesci before this became my true home. It explains the percentages of glucose that can be stored in the body and the time increments that it takes if you don't do it right away.
