    Cereal and Yogurt?

Are there any decent cereals that are an comparable to oats? Just looking for a change. Wheetibix looks decent as do some of the organix, 0sugar granola ones. Just afraid they arent as filling.

I was thinking about 1 cup plain, non-fat yogurt and 1 cup of cereal. Then maybe 10 egg whites and some protein powder. Suggestions?

Sounds bland...I'd get tired of it after a few days. Granola is ok, you just either have to look for a brand with little/no sugar or make it yourself.
