hows this look????? lean mass diet qs ?
1 meal : 7 egg whites
1/2 cup outmeal w/fruit
1 serving whey protien
2 meal : 2 cans tuna light mayo/ little relish
3 meal : 2 slices whole wheat bread
turkey breast 3 slices
2 pieces fat free cheese
1/2 cup yogurt fat free
1 banana
4 meal : 2 cans tuna
5 rice cakes
1 apple
workout
PWO shake 2 servings
5 meal : chicken breast
1/2 cup carrots
6 meal : 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 serving yogurt fat free
this is pretty much the same diet thats in the sticky at the top of this section lean mass diet......... however , everything that ive come up with says this isnt 3000 calories...more like 2400 and 300 gams protein
my question is...... should i add 1/2 cup rice or pasta to meals 2 and 4 with the tuna on NON-workotu days??? this would give me my extra cals and carbs... cuase this diet ..ive friggen lost 2 poundsand lost a few reps on my muscle groups.....NOT what i wanted..i tried addign the pasta and rice to both for one day and actually felt better..
