diet help
i'm 33 y/o 6'1 285
500 mg test ent a week
75 mgs anadrol a day
meals
1 oatmeal plain
coffee
2. 40 gram pro shake with water
sweet potato
3 grilled chicken breast
cup of brown rice
4. 40 gram pro shake
5. lean flank steak
sweet potato
6. 40 gram pro shake
cardio 30 mins a day high incline on treadmill
sitting at 22 % body fat right now
please let me know what you think gonna ride this diet out ofr 8 wks and go gfrom there

I think you need to up your calorie intake if your bulking to atleast double,triple of what your getting now.

Throw in some egg whites with meal 1. Try only eating red meat maybe 2x per week. Use chicken or turkey more. Otherwise its doesnt look too bad. Stick to it and you should see results soon.
