    i'm still young i go out and drunk on the weekends

    but its usually only 1night a week ( cheat meal would almost certainly be on this day and more often than not the morning after)

    i always have to walk past a mcdonalds (or 3) to get home after one of my binges

    another thing you gotta remember xtinanasty is that alot guys on here could be running some type of AS and its not the best idea to drink while doing them, pluse when you drink it's nothing but empty calories along with carbs and fat, so when trying to cutt up it's not a wise idea to booz up.

    just drink on your cheat day. I mean, unless you make it a habit to get smashed...... a little alcohol on a cheat day isnt gonna kill you. But, if you are on some form of AAS, then you shouldnt, for the sake of your liver and other vital organs.
    Basically, go have fun while you strive for the perfect body, your only young once!

    im not on any AAS so i should be ok. i think i will be fine if i can just have a couple drinks on a cheat day. problem is...i usually end up getting hammered. gotta work on that.

    i feel ya, i always go to a party thinkin im only gonna have enough to get buzzed, but before i know it, im swayin from side to side, lol and wonderin if there going to get more alcohol lol.

    Man that is nothing, try hitting a pizza buffet, then later grabbing a whopper and fry, and then top it off with a Oreo Blizzard.

    This is normal for me from time to time, and yes i might feel a bit "off" the next day or two but i am still in the gym the next day.

    i use to do it, have no carb days, changed that cuz i started to notice me makin excuses to not go to the gym anymore...... no energy. Its not worth it either, cuz if you think about it, kcal are kcal, in a sense, as long as you are gettin the same amount you need to cut or lose weight, etc. then unless you eat like crap, its all good. you dont have to carb deplete, if you have carb with meals, just lessen the rest with carb.

    Hey whats up bro, i know everyones talking about cheating and stuff, and cheat days rock, but like how late in the day can we cheat? like lets say my cheat days are on sunday, let say im with friends sun night and we get munchies around 2 in the morning, could i still cheat at that time? get back to me someone please w some info, thanks bros

    if you were to cheat at 2am that woul be Monday morning right?? you dont wanna do that, cheat before midnight it's best to do it early'er in the day i always do mine around my 4th or 5th meal and ts normally a whole pizza or a plate of enchaladias with rice and beans, after i cheat i cut it off no more food for the day you will have a surpluse of calories so you wont need to eat..

    haha ive done this before....but i went to bed and while trying to get to sleeo i thought about all the things i wanted to eat th next day so bad i knew i wasnt gunna fall asleep so i made my way to the kitchen and started binging till satisfied knowing i could fall asleep once i hit the pillow..felt guilty the next morn which was actually the same day tho so i hit the treadmill.........and then cheated more throughout the day. i dont advise this tho as it was a one time thing and will never happen again
