For me being 6'1, 185-190LB
I was gaining to much weight from taking in
4000 calories for my bulking diet.
Im now going to take in 3600 Calories
between 300-330g Carbs
400g-Protien
80g-Fat
How is this?

Ive already told you this on aim but im posting it here to get other's opinions....
I think you should get 80-100 grams of fat, 300 grams of protein, and 400 grams of carbs...by the way guys he was getting 600 grams of carbs before so this is a big step down lol...he didnt mention this above but he was getting some belly fat and thats why he is taking it down a notch.
