what up bruhs?, well im a little confused i have two days out of the week were i do cardio only, Wednesdays an Saturdays ok...i was woundering if i still take down my PWO whick consist of 2 scoop ON's whey and 80g's dex
here is my layout...i will be doing cardio at 7am on these days on empty tank so d still take down the PWO shake even though i will ot be lifting on these days????
meal1-1 scoop whey/EFA"S
meal2-10 eggwhites/1/2 cup oats
meal3-1 can tuna/1 tbls olive oil
PWO-2 scoop whey/ 80 g's dex
meal4-8 oz lean protein/ 2/3 cup Brown rice
meal5-6oz lean protein/2cup veggies/EFA's
meal6-protein shake milk casin/EFA's
