Went to the dentist to get it checked out...and said I have a tartar problem which shouldnt be happening till im weigh older. Says its somthing with my diet or vitamins.....any suggestions or have any similar cases? If i figure out w/e im doing i will have huge problems down the road with my gums. All im taking is Vitamin C, Multi-Vitamin, Creatine, dextrose and Nitrox.Last edited by jsimon; 10-20-2005 at 10:28 PM.

Grab some sand paper and grind it down. You should be good after that.

Nope. I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months. And I happened to get them cleaned last month...and from then to now which is about 4 weeks or so I had about 1 years worth of tartar build up. So I was just wondering If anyone had any similar cases. Cause of a certain diet or supp.

brush teeth 3 times a day...yeah i get that too and the dentist told me i had to strongest teeth he's every seen (took him forever to grind down my tooth to fill cavities)...he was surprised i had any cavities but eating 6 times a day certainly will force you to brush more.
