why dextrose?
why twice than protien pwo? why not any carb? and what is malto?
did searches and these are the pwo questions i couldnt answer

i can answer the second question, its cause it works the fastest basically cause its in liquid form...u could use any carb like breads and rice's and shit but this is just faster to replenish the glycogen levels. this is my opinion dont know if its a fact.

all carbs on the GI are compared to dex.. it spikes your insulin the fastest.. its easy to get the amount correct and it makes shakes mmm good

i myself agree with deca in that it is a no fuss way to get my PWO ratios down...and it makes the shakes taste yummy!

haha...let me rephrase that...there are a couple different opinions. there has been more evidence presented in the "any carb PWO will do" case.

i have always used dex PWO but after reading some of the other threads i am going to give low GI PWO a try
got 2 weeks of slin left to do first though
